1. Introduction

These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") govern the legal relationship between the website www.stur.is (hereinafter referred to as the "Seller", "We") and the person using the website and/or purchasing goods or services (hereinafter referred to as the "Buyer", "You").
1.2. Please read the Terms carefully. By registering or making a purchase, you confirm that you agree to the Terms.

3. Description of goods and services
3.1. The Site sells physical goods — books; affiliate links to third-party merchants may also be offered.
3.2. Subscription plans available on the Site:

Permanent subscription — one-time fee; non-refundable; provides certain privileges/content as per plan description.

Monthly subscription + signup fee — signup fee (non-refundable) and recurring monthly fee; subscription renews automatically unless canceled.

3.3. If a delivery time is indicated on the product page, it is an estimate that is not legally binding; delivery delays are not the Seller's automatic responsibility if the cause is a third-party supplier or force majeure.

4. Ordering and conclusion of the contract
4.1. The order is placed on the Site. The contract between the Buyer and the Seller is considered concluded at the moment the Seller confirms the order.
4.2. Prices are in EUR, VAT is not applicable. Shipping costs for physical goods are added to the order.

5. Payments
5.1 Payments are processed via PayPal (including credit/debit card payments processed by PayPal).
5.2. You confirm that the payment details are correct and that you have the right to pay with the specified payment method. The seller does not store card details (they are processed by PayPal).
5.3 Subscriptions: Monthly payments are charged automatically at the beginning of each period until the subscription is canceled.

6. Refunds and returns
The return and refund of physical goods is governed by Latvian/EU consumer law regulations.

7. Delivery and risk
7.1. Shipping costs are indicated in the order steps. The buyer is responsible for providing the correct delivery address.

8. Affiliate links
8.1. The Site may contain affiliate links to third-party sellers. These links may generate revenue for the Seller.
8.2. The Seller does not provide any guarantees regarding the quality, availability or delivery of third party goods. If an order is placed with a third party, the terms of the relevant contract shall apply between the Buyer and the third party.

9.1. The Seller strives to ensure that product descriptions are accurate, but sometimes inaccuracies or different perceptions of visualizations may occur. The Seller is not responsible for differences in color, size, or appearance of the product caused by perception.

11.1. The maximum civil liability of the Seller for non-performance or unlawful performance of the contract is limited to the amount collected in relation to the specific order.
